How does Storybord’s photography process work?

Once you book a photography package, David will visit your business on the scheduled date to capture authentic, candid images of your day-to-day operations. We focus on real moments and natural interactions, without posing or staging. After the session, your images are carefully edited, and you’ll receive a private cloud-based gallery with all high-resolution photos.

How will I receive my images and in what format?

Your images will be delivered through a private cloud-based gallery, where you can easily download them. You’ll receive both full-resolution images and versions resized specifically for social media use, giving you flexibility in how you showcase your brand.

What kind of businesses do you work with?

We mainly work with small to medium-sized businesses, particularly creators, crafters, makers, and doers. We focus on businesses where the people or individual is the heart of the business and may find it difficult to photograph themselves. How far in advance should I book a session?

We usually manage to accommodate most shoots even on short notice, but booking early provides more flexibility and availability for potential or alternative dates.

What’s your pricing start at?

Our photography packages start at €350, with options ranging from short 1-2 hour shoots to full-day sessions lasting up to 10 hours or more. Can I request exclusive use of the images?

Yes, we offer an exclusivity option for clients who want the images solely for their brand’s use. This means we won’t share the photos or use them in our own portfolio or marketing. I need my images in a hurry, is that possible?

We’re pretty quick when it comes to turnaround times; however, if you have a very time-sensitive project or need your images sooner than usual, we offer expedited delivery options. Is there a contract or commitment required?

No long-term contracts are required. Our photography services are offered on a project-by-project basis, with transparent pricing and flexible scheduling, designed to meet the needs of small businesses.

Does Storybord offer Product Photography?

While product photography isn’t our main focus, we do accommodate requests for on-site, in-situ product shoots. However, we do not offer standalone studio-based or white background product photography. If your needs fall outside our expertise, we’ll happily recommend someone who can better assist you.
