D’Olier Street
D’Olier Street is a new modern fine-dining restaurant located in Dublin’s city centre on the ground floor of the historic D’Olier Chambers building.
The restaurant will be a sister restaurant to Parnell Square’s Mr. Fox, a Michelin-recommended mainstay in Dublin’s dining scene.
The team behind the project is James Moore, former head chef of the two-Michelin starred restaurant Atera, and Jane Frye, who have relocated from New York City to embark on the new venture with chef and owner of Mr. Fox, Anthony Smith. Executive pastry chef Mina Pizarro, winner of the North America Valrhona C3 Chocolate Chef Competition, has also joined the team to lead the bread and pastry program.
